What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express bank cards, as well as PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have up to 2 hours after purchase to request a change or cancellation by email. After that, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be modified — you can, however, return it once it arrives.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to France, Europe, the United States and Canada. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

What is the delivery time?

In France: 2 to 5 business days. In Europe: 3 to 8 business days depending on the country. Orders are shipped from our logistics warehouses — you receive a single parcel for your order.

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Write to us with your order number. Our customer service answers 7 days a week and will follow up with you within 24 hours.

OUR PRODUCTS

Are Thorvald squares made of aluminum?

Yes. All our squares are made of thick aluminum with abrasion-resistant laser engraving. They won't scratch, bend, and they keep their accuracy over time.

What is the difference between the 180 mm and the 300 mm square?

Both include the same 5 functions (square, marking gauge, protractor, drilling jig, perpendicular ruler). The 180 mm is the ideal size for everyday woodworking and DIY. The 300 mm is built for framing, large timbers and roof pitch calculation.

Which leads are compatible with the Thorvald pencil?

The Thorvald pencil uses standard 5.6 mm leads. Gray leads (H hardness) are meant for wood and metal. Yellow and red leads hold up on concrete, stone and tile. The sharpener is built in.

Can the Japanese saw cut metal or PVC?

No — the blade is designed for wood only. It cuts on the pull stroke (not the push), which gives clean, splinter-free cuts on all wood species.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return your product. The item must be in perfect condition with all its accessories. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

My product is defective or not as described, what should I do?

Write to us with your order number and a photo of the product. We will send you a replacement or refund you — your choice, with no delay.
