GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

OVERVIEW
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are deemed to constitute proof of the nature and content of the order. Our site confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale is concluded upon validation of payment for the order, that is, on the date the payment is validated for orders paid online by bank card or on the date the payment is received for orders paid by check. Our site reserves the right in any event to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers and their prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site. The availability shown when the customer browses the site depends on the state of our stock and, of course, that of our suppliers.
To build our storefront and sales catalog, we work with databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers. As this database contains more than a hundred items, not all of them are held in our own stock and our offer is therefore subject to the availability of the items with our suppliers.
Only the permanent discontinuation of an item by our suppliers leads to its removal from our offer. In all other cases, a new order within a certain lead time remains possible.
When a product ordered is unavailable, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.
Delivery deadline for the order: when the order is placed and on the order acknowledgment, a delivery time is communicated to customers. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest-lead product to the transit time of the shipping method selected by the customer.
From the time the order is placed until it is shipped, the customer may cancel the order.
Special cases:
Pre-order items: upcoming items are offered on our site for pre-order. This reservation is made with the release date announced by the publisher at the opening of the reservation period. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for marketing its product.
In all cases, from the date of final release, items will be shipped to the customers who reserved them, up to the stock supplied by the publisher for the release day.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Prices shown in euros are deemed net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products and the costs of handling, packaging and storing the products. They may be changed at any time without notice, it being understood that items will be invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Our site gives you the opportunity to benefit from free shipping and delivery in France; for other destinations, please contact us.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
Several payment methods are available, offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
- By bank card or store card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), directly on the site, in the payment form offered during the checkout process (secure entry with SSL encryption), by entering the card type, your card number with no spaces between the digits, the security code (located on the back of your card) and the expiry date.
- By PayPal payment
You have different payment methods available and you can even benefit from installment payment facilities by bank card.
Payment is made, at your choice, on the secure banking servers of our partners. This means that no banking information concerning you passes through our site.
Payment by bank card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a pick-up point. The delivery time includes the production time for printed items and the time to prepare the parcel, plus transit time. The buyer is notified by email of the various stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The items supplied by our site are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those sold in traditional retail and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
Should an item be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 business days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The customer must return the items new or unused in their entirety and in their original, intact packaging, together with any accessories, instruction leaflets and documentation (necessarily in its original cellophane wrapping and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must provide proof.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we are obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).
Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within 14 days or less of the date of receipt of the returned parcel. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, for any reason.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only take place after full payment of the price by the purchaser, regardless of the delivery date of said products. However, the transfer of the risk of loss and damage of the products will take place upon delivery and receipt of said products by the purchaser.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our site is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data making it up is legally protected, and in particular undertakes not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the contents of the databases on the site that he or she accesses.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
The descriptions and photos of the products in our site's databases were entered based on information provided by suppliers. We are not responsible for the content; the site cannot be held liable towards the purchaser.
ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE BY THE PURCHASER
These general terms and conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and thereby waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general terms and conditions of purchase; the act of purchase constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
